◆ About canceling your order

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, such as a difference in your expectations, unless there is a defect in the product.

As all items are handmade, there may be slight differences between each item. Please understand this before purchasing.

◆ About returns and exchanges

We will only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• If the product is damaged or missing

• If you receive a product different from the one you ordered

After checking, we will inform you of the return shipping method, etc.

◆ We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (different scent, size, color, etc.)

• Used products

• Items that have been in stock for more than 4 days

• Individual differences inherent to handmade products (air bubbles, slight color unevenness, etc.)

• We carefully inspect and package our products, but if there is any damage during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Due to the nature of candles, they are sensitive to high temperatures, sunlight, and humidity, so please be careful about the storage and usage environment.

Your candles will be carefully packaged and shipped within 5-10 business days of your order.

We can deliver to all of Japan, including remote islands and some areas.

[Shipping fee]
The shipping fee is 770 yen (tax included) nationwide. Free shipping for purchases of 10,000 yen or more.

[Shipping method and delivery time]
Your order will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Japan Post and will arrive within 1-3 days after shipping (depending on your region).

[About packaging]
To ensure that your precious candles arrive safely, we use materials to prevent breakage, but also wrap them in wrapping that will make your heart flutter when you open them. They are also safe to use as gifts.
